SMS Program Terms

These terms govern the Ruchie Landau Photography SMS messaging program.

How you join the program

You join the program by submitting the sign-up form on the SMS Messaging page of this website: entering your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box. That form is the only way to sign up. The consent box is never checked for you, and checking it is entirely optional.

By signing up you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Ruchie Landau Photography regarding booking confirmations, photography session reminders, scheduling changes, and booking-related customer support.

Messages you will receive

The program sends informational messages related to your photography booking only. It is not used for promotional or marketing messages.

Eligibility

The program is available on participating US and Canadian mobile carriers. You must be the subscriber of the mobile number you enroll, or be authorized by the subscriber to enroll it, and you must be able to receive text messages on that number.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any Ruchie Landau Photography text message to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further program messages. You can rejoin at any time by signing up again on this website.

Carriers and delivery
